Duchess Silk Corset and Column Skirt with Hand-Draped Rosettes

Inspired by Piero Piccioni’s Amore mio aiutami main titles, the iconic Les Roses couture gown is an ode to pure romance. Crafted in duchess silk, the piece features a corset adapted from original 18th-century stays, creating the sculpted silhouette signature to House of Alvin. Hand-draped rosettes frame the bust and hips, adorned with silk flowers and sweeping into fluid panels that extend across the body and fall into a dramatic metre-long train. A concealed back drape elegantly hides the closure, preserving the softness and continuity of the silhouette.
